Adam is a Slovak-born illustrator and artist. His work explores themes of queer ecology and utopia, often drawing from personal experience as well as fairy tale motifs and mythology. His characters exist on the border between reality and the fantastical, using gentle and magical elements to tell stories about important political and social topics. Adam frequently collaborates with queer, feminist, and leftist publishers, collectives, and artists. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Brno, where he studied in the Intermedia studio, and he is currently based in Berlin.
