Anna Neumann (*1995) comes from Germany and first studied Illustration at Burg Giebichenstein, Halle. Currently she’s doing her masters degree at UMPRUM in Prague. Her work is shaped by a sensitivity for material, a love for textiles and a lifelong fascination for small human artefacts and objects found in nature. Collecting as part of her artistic practice inspires her drawings and collages, like the illustrations for the summery poems of Czech author Petr Borkovec in the newly published book Malé lodě (Baobab).
