Juliána Chomová

Juliána Chomová is dedicated to free drawing, illustration, and comics. She was nominated for the Illustrator of the Year award at Czech Grand Design for her graphic novel Spiritistky, with text by Klára Vlasáková. Her latest project includes illustrations and the overall design of the book Květy znechucení – Odvrácená strana krásy, by Charles Baudelaire, where she began using the airbrush technique, which she is developing further on a large scale and even on clothing. Juliána is also a member of the screen printing studio Fatcat Press, which focuses on ecological printing. Apart from her creative work, she cultivates many flowers, which serve as a great therapy for her. Juliána enjoys sharing her experiences through workshops and courses. Currently, she works in the GD2 studio at the Faculty of Art and Design of UJEP.
