Eveliina Marty is a Swiss illustrator whose creative practice focuses on crafting rich atmospheric narratives, exploring everyday stories, and drawing comics centered around daily absurdities. Driven by a passion for experimenting with diverse colors, textures, and traditional print techniques, she frequently utilizes sketchbooks to document her observations. For the festival, she brings together a curated collection of approximately forty vibrant, A3-sized risograph prints designed to fill an entire gallery wall. Her showcased illustrations span a variety of deeply human and imaginative themes, including the nuances of friendship, animal interactions, whimsical landscapes, and subtle touches of melancholy. By organizing these experimental prints into a large, colorful patchwork installation, she translates her playful printmaking process into an engaging visual environment that celebrates the texture and unpredictability of the risograph medium.
