Sára Babic Paldanová (*2001) is a recent graduate of the Illustration and Graphic Design Studio at UMPRUM in Prague; she has also completed placements at La HEAR in Strasbourg and at the AFAD Illustration Laboratory at VŠVU in Bratislava. She creates original picture books, practises woodcut printing and is particularly fond of dynamic on-the-spot sketching in locations teeming with people, animals or vehicles. In the past, she was part of the LimLom collective, with whom she occasionally published an illustrated zine.
