Sonja is dedicated to illustration and visual communication. She studied multimedia art and has always been interested in the interplay of different disciplines in the creative industry. As an illustrator, she works all over the world for large and small clients. She brings her own visual language to children’s books, advertising, animation and illustrating packaging for well-known brands.She likes to put together a team of professionals and lead various projects, such as the creation of infographics and explainer videos for the Museum of Sustainable Energy.She also works as a lecturer at the University.Awards: two nominations at the Best Austrian Animation Festival 2022 Awards 2019 (category winner: professional, advertising), Romulus Candea Preis 2019 nomination with picture book “Bear’s Lost Hearing”, World Illustration Awards 2016 (shortlisted).
