Anna Margarida, a renowned artist known for her innovative approach to visual art, invites you to a unique workshop focused on creating instructional comics. Anna’s work is inspired by conceptual art, and her creations reflect the principles of the Fluxus movement, which explores the boundaries between different artistic forms. In this workshop, participants will immerse themselves in a creative process that draws from the conceptual principles of Yoko Ono, particularly her famous book “Grapefruit.”
The workshop is designed to guide participants through deconstructing traditional comic-making practices, with an emphasis on visually representing ideas and concepts in unconventional ways. We will focus on creativity, experimentation, and how comics can transcend traditional narrative structures.
This workshop is intended for artists of all levels and lasts 1.5 hours. It will be conducted in English, with a maximum capacity of 15 participants.
