Reveal of an interactive work that is part of an installation by artist Anna Lorenz. As part of the Showcase – Free Illustration section, Anna will present a zine and a selection of prints and drawings in Hall 13, all revolving around different interpretations of animals. Whether they are small creatures hiding within us, creatures from everyday life visible only to the most attentive, or animals we know from great stories. Throughout the festival, visitors to the exhibition can take part in the drawing game “Monster,” in which each person continues drawing without seeing what the previous participants have drawn.
Anna Lorenz is an Austrian illustrator and artist who works with drawing and graphic art, creating worlds that are often defined by magical realism. She is currently studying for a master’s degree in Illustration and Graphic Art at UMPRUM in Prague.
