What roles do images in the media play during a crisis? How important is the visual presentation of crisis events? And how can an illustrator contribute to or help prevent the escalation of cultural conflicts, the spread of misinformation, and distortion? A moderated discussion with visual culture theorist Andrea Průchová Hrůzová, Alžběta Medková and Ukrainian journalist and illustrator Zhenyou Oliinyk will be led by curator Barbora Müllerová.
The program will be conducted in English.
