In this workshop, we will focus on bringing illustrations to life through animations that you can easily create using freely available tools. You will learn how to edit and animate images, vectors, sounds, fonts, and characters, and which programs to use for creating your own animations. We will show you how to replace professional graphic software without compromising on quality and creativity. You’ll be surprised at how effective some free animation tools can be. At the end, we’ll also explore advanced free programs that can help take your creations to the next level.
The workshop will last 3 hours and will be conducted in Czech. Please bring your own laptop and mouse.
The course is organized by Scholastika, a higher vocational school of visual communication that represents a new educational platform in the fields of fine art, applied art, and design. It actively engages students with the contemporary art scene through instruction primarily led by young artists and theorists.
