Naděžda Bilinová co-founded LUSTR 12 years ago and has been part of all its key milestones, such as launching the international exhibition program LUSTR On Tour, the global platform illustrationindex, and residency programs for illustrators and comic artists. She mainly works behind the scenes, keeping the festival running smoothly.
