Alžběta is the author of the great visuals of last year’s festival and at the same time one of the winners of the audience award of the LUSTR 2022 festival. She graduated from the illustration studio of Prague’s UMPRUM. Together with her classmates she manages the publishing house and bookstore XAO, which also serves as a gallery and regularly hosts exhibitions, readings and workshops.
She is also part of NaPOLI studio, where together with Martina Kupsová they revive old game systems for children and create paper puzzles and cut-outs or author’s books. She likes to give life to fictional characters in the form of toys, which she sends out into the world as little talismans to live their own story.
