Anna Sarvira is a Ukrainian illustrator and curator living in Germany. Together with Oleg Gryshchenko and Olena Staranchuk, Anna founded the well-known Pictoric Illustrators Club in 2014, an independent cultural organization focused on organizing illustration and graphics exhibitions in Ukraine and abroad. For Pictoric she has already curated more than one hundred exhibitions, including War Posters From Ukraine at LUSTR 2022. As an illustrator, Anna often works for cultural events and institutions such as the Itabashi Museum in Tokyo, the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya in Barcelona, the Pictoplasma Conference in Berlin, and the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Her illustrations have been published in numerous newspapers and magazines in Ukraine and abroad, including The Economist, Datum Magazine, and Zeit.
