Cristóbal (b. 1977 Arica, Chile) is a chilean freelance visual artist living in Germany. Coming from graphic design he worked for different studios in Barcelona for 7 years before fully shifting focus to his passion illustration when moving to Berlin in 2008. Since then he works for different clients and media such as The New York Times, LA Times, Washington Post, Greenpeace, Lufthansa, Taschen amongst others, switching between digital and analogue techniques.
Since October 2022 Cristóbal has been teaching the online drawing course Drawing Workout where he offers a space for reflection, work and experimentation around creative processes.
