Studio Panika consists of four friends and classmates from the Animation and Film Studio at UMPRUM – Mai Tran, Patrik Trska, Jáchym Štulíř and Matej Mihályi. The studio was founded with the aim of combining commissioned work with a distinctive authorial approach across audio-visual, graphic design and with an overlap into media and installations. Since 2023 they have been collaborating on short original films and participating in commissioned audiovisual projects. Under their creative direction, spots for the Lustr illustration festival (2023) and the Neisse– Nysa–Nisa film festival (2024), for example, have been created.
