Disa is a cartoonist, artist, printmaker and zinefest organizer from Stockholm, Sweden. She studied illustration at Brighton University (UK) and visual communication at Konstfack (SWE). She has been working with images, text and forms of publishing for the last decade and is a big fan of zines. Disa has always been drawing and that forms the base of her artistic practice, but she has a hunger for learning new crafts and mediums and add them like limbs to a body. With the tools she has she mix and match to build her own artistic world, driven in equal parts by fear and desire.
